Please join us for the fall semester’s new student orientation.  We’d like to welcome you to the Nursing Dept. on Friday, August 22, 2008 from 10:30 to 1:30. We’ll begin in room SN163 in the nursing dept. and we’ll conclude orientation by walking across to Julia Davis Park to shelter #1 where you and your families can enjoy a BBQ lunch compliments of the SNA and Capt. Monty Blamires, the ROTC recruiting operations officer.

You will have a chance to meet the nursing faculty, hear from guest speakers, learn about the nursing program, discover how to become a part of the SNA, and find out more about the exciting changes coming to our department. 

We’ve chosen a picnic shelter close to the children’s playground so the kids will have something to do and we have great raffle prizes to give away!!!  

We are delighted to extent this invitation to you and to give you the opportunity to start meeting your classmates and your faculty in a more casual setting.
